Hi, I’m Megan Cronin,

Previously MC Marketing & PR. I’ve been working in marketing 7+ years. I have a Bbus Honours in Marketing and an MA in Public Relations and New Media. I have practical skills in an array of marketing skills, including social media management, content creation, website management, video editing, and writing.

I’ve worked in food marketing, education, travel marketing, online retail marketing, and for custom kitchen and furniture companies. However, it was in the arts and events space that I found my passion. I’ve been involved with the arts as a hobby (music, spoken word, visual arts) and in college societies.

In my teens, you would find me at a local gig every weekend, be it An Crúiscín Lán, The Pav, or even the Half Moon Theatre at the back of the Opera House. I started organising and promoting gigs at the YMCA, managed a band, videographed bands, and then progressed on to running CIT Music Society as their Chairperson, organising jam sessions, monthly local gigs, and Battle of the Bands.

It’s no wonder I ended up where the world was directing me.

Since joining the world of arts marketing, I have worked with arts disciplines including circus, dance, film, pole, burlesque, theatre, youth arts, and audio.

Outside of that, I announce for roller derby, (a super niche sport) in Ireland. I call play by play of what’s happening on track and explain the rules and what exactly is going on and why to the flabbergasted audience. Making information accessible and breaking down barriers to understanding is my forte.

Oh, I’m also in a pop choir!
